1.How is delivery accomplished?

After you complete the order of Guild Wars Gold and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

2.How long does delivery take?

If your order( Guild Wars Gold Money) is in stock we can usually deliver within 15 to 20 minutes. Deliveries can occasionally take up to 90 minutes or longer however depending on order volumes and game server traffic.

3.I have been waiting in game for a really long time. How do I confirm my order?

If you have placed an order and have been waiting in game for more than 15 minutes, first check your contact email to see if we have tried to locate you. If no email is in your inbox, feel free to log onto our live chat window and speak with one of our customer service representatives to confirm everything is alright with your order.

4.Do you offer power-leveling services?

5.Do you have a price protection policy of any kind?

Yes. BUYGWGOLD does support a 24 hour price protection policy. Due to the volatile nature of online currency prices, BUYGWGOLD offers to compensate within 24 hours any difference in price fluctuations that result from a purchase. To capitalize on this feature, simply log onto the live chat window and explain the issue to one of our live customer service representatives.

6.If I buy an item, how do I receive it?

Item sales are handled exactly like currency sales. We will log into the appropriate game and trade the purchased item inside the game to your character.

7.Why does my order require voice verification?

We like to take all possible steps to protect our clients' details. By speaking with our client's on the phone, we not only make the transaction fast, easy and safe, but it also gives us a chance to strengthen our connection to our clients and answer any questions you might have.

8.Why did the delivery person send me a message and then disappear from the game?

Sometimes the stock ordered is spread across several accounts, and we like to consolidate it for the convenience of the client before the final trade takes place. It is also possible that our character has been disconnected, and is attempting to log back into the game. If at anytime you feel unsure about the status of your order, feel free to log onto our live chat service to check on the progress of your delivery.

9.How do I pay with my credit card without using Paypal?

We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of Paypal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to Paypal you will be presented with an option to pay with your Paypal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available through both services.

If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a Paypal account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original Paypal account. The card cannot be used independently through Paypal outside of the account for security reasons.
